Location: Canary Wharf, London.
Salary: £28,860 per annum.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Caretaker will work 5 days out of 7, between 8:30am – 5:00pm. You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Responsibilities
- Carry out minor maintenance and repair tasks.
- Maintaining cleanliness in all communal areas, including reception areas and courtyards.
- Managing waste and recycling, including rotating bins and using cardboard compactor (full training provided).
- Conducting regular building and grounds patrols to identify and report issues.
- Moving furniture and equipment across the property when needed.
- Supporting the wider team, including Maintenance and Customer Service, with day-to-day and ad hoc tasks.
- Buffering communal floors with floor buffering machine (full training provided).
- Performing basic outdoor care such as litter picking, sweeping, and jet-washing walkways.
- Ensuring car parks are tidy and vehicles are parked correctly.

- Experience using heavy machinery including floor buffering machine and cardboard compactor or similar.
