urbanest is seeking a proactive Maintenance Operative in Canary Wharf, London.

You will manage day-to-day reactive and preventative maintenance across our communities, ensuring a secure, clean living environment for residents.

Role involves 37.5 hours weekly, 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota.

You’ll log issues, inspect areas, and support on-site contractors while upholding health and safety standards.
