UrbanChain is building a team of passionate individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact through innovative technological solutions. About the Role: Work closely with the CPO and other stakeholders to define and execute the company’s product strategy, roadmap, and vision, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. Build a robust framework for client focused product innovation. Responsibilities: Transform product concepts into market-ready solutions, including impact assessments and requirements gathering. Product Roadmap and relevant client products. Progress reporting against agreed deliverables Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to determine customer preferences, pain points, and behaviours, and apply these insights to product development. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and technological advancements in the renewable energy sector. Analyse competitive landscapes and industry trends to inform product strategies. Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch. Post-launch, monitor and assess product performance, making improvements and updates as necessary to ensure the product remains competitive. Prioritise product outcomes and capabilities based on research and data analysis, setting goals and defining success metrics. Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the energy or technology sectors. Strong understanding of the renewable energy market, including solar, wind and other clean energy technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with Agile methodologies and product development process.
