'IT Support Technician' based in our urbanbubble head office in Manchester City Centre.

What will you do?
- Be accountable for managing the first- and second-line support queue
- Provide first and second line support for all colleagues via phone, email, remote capability or face-to-face
- Ensure accurate records are kept on actions taken within the ticket management system.
- Compliance with associated policies, processes, and procedures
- Advanced Support of MS Office Applications, such as Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Azure.
- Support Audio Visual / Meeting Room Technology.
- Manage escalated tickets from other team members.
- Support business growth with system expertise and helpdesk support to ensure new business initiatives.
- Manage Service desk processes such as leavers, new starters, and movers.
- Participating in deployment and implementation of IT projects

Technical skills required
- Windows 10/11
- Strong Microsoft Stack- Office 365, In Tune, Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint
- Active Directory/Azure Active Directory
- Windows Defender
- Bitlocker
- Basic Networking LAN/WAN, DHCP/DNS
- Power Shell scripting
