We are looking for an amazing Front of House Concierge to join our friendly team at Viadux in Manchester and act as the face of the development with residents and visitors, displaying professionalism and a genuine care for the property. This role is a permanent contract working a 4 nights on 4 nights off shift pattern between the hours of 7pm - 7am.

As Front of House, you’ll be right at the heart of our community, ensuring our residents have an amazing experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave us. You’ll be involved in everything from handling enquiries to making sure each day runs smoothly.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Be the go-to person: You’ll be the first point of contact for our residents at the front desk, over email or via phone. Whether it be a question about our amenities or a maintenance request, you’ll be on hand to help!
  • Keep the building running smoothly: You’ll carry out regular checks of the building, fixing any small issues or cleaning emergencies you spot along the way! You’ll handle emergencies with a calm, can-do attitude.
  • Monitor and manage: You’ll welcome visitors and contractors, oversee CCTV and help keep our community secure.
  • And so much more: From supporting resident events to keeping things organised with parcels, emails and move-in inductions, you’ll ensure everything is running like clockwork whilst helping to foster a real sense of community.

What we’re looking for:

  • Customer service experience in a property or hospitality environment
  • A proactive, positive, and resilient attitude
  • A passion for customer service and solving problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other property management systems (don’t worry, we’ll train you on anything new!)
  • A can-do attitude and a love for working with a team that’s both fun and driven
