As a Finance Assistant on a 3 month FTC, you’ll find yourself working with a team of talented people who are committed to driving financial improvement, scalability, and customer experience. As part of the urbanbubble finance team, the role will be varied and challenging, supporting a large (and growing) property management business. You will be required to support the Build to Rent Finance Team ensuring that all finance tasks are undertaken according to internal and industry standard timescales and expectations. You will be a natural problem solver who will support not only the Finance Team but the business as a whole.

What will you do?
- Processing daily banking receipts and ensuring accurate banking records are maintained
- Processing of Accounts Payable invoices
- Produce weekly AP payment runs
- Control and maintain the PO system
- Monitor and control of void unit costs through external portals
- Tenant deposit returns and tenant refunds
- Support in preparation of accruals
- Adhoc data reporting tasks
- Helping and supporting site teams with AP and ledger queries
- Support and administer the management of our prepaid card solution
- Support Process improvement and system development
- Other Adhoc admin duties

- Ability to work with a broad finance team and consider cross team impacts of the new processes

- Previous Property Accounts experience
