At urbanbubble, we're passionate about creating thriving communities and delivering exceptional value for our clients. As our portfolio grows, we're looking for an organised, commercially aware and relationship-focused Client Programme Manager to join our newly established Commercial Directorate.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of our client relationships, acting as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure strategic priorities, improvement initiatives and commercial commitments are successfully delivered.

You'll be the person who brings structure, clarity and momentum, helping ensure that ideas turn into actions, actions turn into outcomes, and our clients consistently experience the very best of urbanbubble.

What you'll be doing:

As Client Programme Manager, you'll work closely with clients, operational leaders and senior stakeholders to coordinate projects, track delivery, manage priorities and ensure agreed objectives are achieved.

You'll play a key role in strengthening client relationships by providing proactive communication, effective governance and clear oversight of strategic initiatives across the portfolio.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships and takes pride in bringing people together to achieve results.

Building Trusted Client Relationships
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their priorities, objectives and challenges
  • Act as a key point of contact, providing proactive updates and responsive communication
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate competing priorities
  • Support senior leaders in client meetings, ensuring discussions are well prepared, actions are captured and commitments are followed through
Driving Programme & Project Delivery
  • Coordinate strategic, transformational and operational initiatives across multiple teams
  • Create clear plans, assign ownership and track progress against agreed objectives
  • Maintain governance, reporting and programme documentation
  • Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies where appropriate

Solving Problems & Driving Progress

  • Facilitate discussions where priorities or stakeholder expectations conflict
  • Build consensus and help teams reach practical, effective solutions
  • Ensure decisions are made at the right level and in a timely manner
  • Drive accountability and follow-through across all agreed actions
  • Champion a right-first-time approach that delivers consistently high standards

Monitoring Performance & Outcomes

  • Track progress against client objectives and agreed improvement plans
  • Measure and report on benefits realised and outcomes achieved
  • Produce clear, insightful reporting and stakeholder communications
  • Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Supporting Commercial Success
  • Work closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure activity supports client retention, profitability and growth
  • Help clients understand progress against agreed commercial objectives
  • Ensure programmes and initiatives deliver meaningful and measurable value
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration and client focus

What we're looking for:

You'll be someone who loves creating order from complexity, building relationships and keeping momentum behind important initiatives.

You'll be highly organised and comfortable working with senior stakeholders, while remaining hands-on enough to ensure actions are followed through and outcomes are delivered.

You'll bring:

  • Experience project management, programme delivery, client management or a similar role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple teams and priorities
  • Experience managing complex projects, initiatives or client programmes
  • The ability to influence, coordinate and drive action without direct authority
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities
  • Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset
Experience within Build to Rent, property, housing, hospitality or another service-led sector would be advantageous but is not essential.

Alongside the opportunity to make a genuine impact, you'll have access to an excellent range of benefits, including:

  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • Birthday day off
  • Wellbeing hour
  • Enhanced family leave and sick pay
  • Paid volunteering day
  • Employee Assistance Programme and counselling support
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Regular team and company socials
  • Study support and ongoing career development opportunities

We're an ambitious, growing business where collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we do. We empower our people to take ownership, challenge thinking and make a meaningful contribution to our success.

If you're passionate about delivering results, building relationships and helping teams achieve great things together, we'd love to hear from you.
