What will you do?
- Work to optimise the speed of transactional close and quality of reconciliations.
- Support the smooth running and reconciliation of all Financial Ledgers for the business.
- Assisting the implementation/maintenance of financial controls and processes.
- Take ownership of key balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Bank & Cash reconciliations / posting cash transactions.
- Ensure deposits are managed in line with TDS requirements.
- Assist the finance team with month-end KPI production.
- Support production of Client Statements.
- Transactional Accounting.
- Assisting with internal audits and compliance checks across the business.
- Process improvement and system development.
- Support Build to Rent Finance Manager.
What we are looking for?
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
- Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Excel and the ability to resolve queries and use initiative.
- Analytical with good attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Positive attitude to change and embraces new ideas and ways of working.
- Ability to work within a broad finance team and consider cross team impacts of new processes.
