As a Head of Region, you will play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life, by leading a team of General Managers to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence, and value for money across our regional Build to Rent portfolio.
This role will cover our London communities!
What do we offer?
- £77,000 - £82,250 + 10% performance related bonus

What will you do?
- Take full operational accountability for a regional Build to Rent portfolio, ensuring profitability, compliance, and service excellence
- Drive a high-performing culture by leading and developing a team of Senior Leaders
- Enhance resident service initiatives and ensuring high standards of resident experience
- Develop and deliver a commercial rent management strategy aligned with market trends
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to all regulations and best practices in property management
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Facilities teams to align with business strategy and goals
- Utilise data analytics to drive performance improvements and informed decision-making
- Embed ESG principles into all aspects of operations
What are we looking for?
- Significant experience in a similar leadership role within the property or Build to Rent sector
- ARLA / IRPM (or a willingness to work towards it)
- Knowledge of contract management and property legislation
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding resident experiences
- A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience managing large scale budgets
- A professional, credible, and enthusiastic approach with a focus on achieving excellence
