New Acres, Wandsworth and act as the face of the development with residents and visitors, displaying professionalism and a genuine care for the property.

This role is a permanent contract working 4 days on 4 days off 12 hour shifts including weekends and bank holidays .

As Front of House, you’ll be right at the heart of our community, ensuring our residents have an amazing experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave us.

You’ll be involved in everything from handling enquiries to making sure each day runs smoothly.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

Be the go-to person

You’ll be the first point of contact for our residents at the front desk, over email or via phone.

Whether it be a question about our amenities or a maintenance request, you’ll be on hand to help!

  • Key Duties
  • Act as the face of the community, delivering a professional and welcoming service to residents and visitors.
  • Maintain building safety and security through inspections and emergency procedures.
  • Complete operational tasks to ensure compliance and support team KPIs.
  • Support the resident journey to deliver an excellent living experience.
  • Leasing
  • Respond to enquiries and support viewings and applications.
  • Assist prospects through to move-in.
  • Update listings and support marketing activity.
  • Contribute to reporting and market insights.
  • Move-Ins / Renewals / Move-Outs
  • Ensure applications meet compliance requirements.
  • Prepare apartments and coordinate cleaning/maintenance.
  • Deliver smooth move-in and move-out experiences.
  • Support renewals and complete inventory reports.
  • Manage end-of-tenancy checks, damages, and deposits.
  • Resident & Building Services
  • Handle resident enquiries, complaints, and accounts.
  • Log and manage maintenance requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and data systems.
  • Manage parcels, keys, bookings, parking, and utilities.
  • Support resident events and communications.
  • Coordinate contractors and services access.
  • Conduct inspections and report issues.
  • Building Patrols & Safety
  • Perform regular safety and maintenance checks.
  • Monitor CCTV and control site access.
  • Manage visitors and report concerns.
  • Follow emergency and continuity procedures.
