Role overview
We’re looking for a proactive and sales-driven Lettings Administrator to join our Lettings team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the exciting journey of bringing our Build to Rent developments to life.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our General Managers and Resident Services teams to hit lettings targets and ensure a smooth move-in experience for every new resident. You’ll play a key part in making sure prospects feel welcome and connected to our community even before they collect their keys, while also keeping on top of the important admin that comes with lettings.

What will you do?
- Handle lettings enquiries over the phone, email and through our internal system.
- Administration and main point of contact for new applications, including managing the referencing process, arranging sparkle cleans, pre let checks and inventories, drafting tenancy agreements and facilitating payment of move in monies.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, holding funds and checks are in place prior to starting the referencing process and then again prior to handing an application back to the site teams to move in.
- Ensure payments have been received with the accounts team prior to move in.
- Input the information provided by the site teams accurately onto the management system.
- Provide exceptional service to all potential residents, including providing informed and accurate advice in order to ensure resident retention rates remain high.
- Ensure all GDPR processes are followed at all times.
- Agree renewals with residents in line with updated market values.
- Serve section 21 and section 8 notices as required.
- Request feedback throughout the processes via our survey systems.
