Role overview
We are looking for a Housekeeper to join the team at our brand new luxury residential development, Viadux, Manchester. This role is for 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
You will ensure the building and communal areas are kept to high standards of cleanliness and act as a face for the development, engaging with residents to ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
This role involves working 30 hours per week, with 5 shifts per week, from Monday to Sunday. The competitive hourly rate is between £12.62 and £13.70.

What will you do?
- Clean all communal areas thoroughly daily, including polishing, dusting, vacuuming, and sparkle cleans of apartments for move-ins
- Keep lifts clean and streak-free
- Provide friendly and helpful service to residents, assisting with requests and maintaining high customer care standards
- Empty external ashtrays into non-combustible containers, clean, and replace them
- Guide and assist residents in a willing and friendly manner
- Report any H&S issues immediately to your line manager
- Complete daily cleaning checklists promptly
- Keep cleaning materials organized and up to date
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Provide utility readings as required by residents
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner in hospitality or large-scale residential properties
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
