Job Overview
This role will be working 25 hours per week.
You will ensure the building, communal areas and grounds are kept to high standards of cleanliness and act as a face for the development engaging with the residents to ensure exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsibilities
- Cleaning all communal areas thoroughly daily, including polishing, dusting, hovering, and sparkle cleans of apartments for move‑ins.
- Ensure lifts are kept clean and panels streak‑free.
- Litter picking and maintaining cleanliness of internal car park.
- Communal carpet cleaning; experience using cleaning machinery.
- Maintain an open, friendly and helpful approach with all requests, emphasizing resident service.
- Give guidance and assistance to residents in a friendly manner; maintain high customer care and service standards.
- Report H&S issues immediately to your line manager.
- Complete daily cleaning checklists in a timely manner.
- Keep cleaning materials up to date and neatly organised.
- Present a clean and smart appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner within hospitality or large‑scale residential property.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative, yet follow instructions and rules as required.
- High standards in cleanliness and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment; time‑management skills are key.
Required Training
If you do not have a Rent Smart Wales qualification, you will be required to complete this course within the first 3 months of starting your role.
