Role overview
This role involves working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm.
You will ensure the building, communal areas, and grounds are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and act as a friendly face for the development, engaging with residents to provide exceptional customer service at all times.

What will you do?
- Clean all communal areas thoroughly daily, including polishing, dusting, vacuuming, and sparkle cleans of apartments for move-ins.
- Keep lifts clean and streak-free.
- Pick up litter and maintain cleanliness of the internal car park.
- Perform communal carpet cleaning, with experience in using cleaning machinery.
- Have an open, friendly, and helpful approach, focusing on resident service.
- Provide guidance and assistance to residents in a willing and friendly manner, maintaining high levels of customer care and service.
- Immediately report any health and safety issues to your line manager.
- Complete daily cleaning checklists promptly.
- Keep all cleaning materials up to date and organized.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner within hospitality or large-scale residential property.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and on your own initiative, while following instructions and rules.
- High standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; time management skills are essential.
Required: If you do not have a Rent Smart Wales qualification, you will need to complete this course within the first 3 months of starting.
