Role overview
You will ensure the building, communal areas, and grounds are kept to high standards of cleanliness and act as a face for the development, engaging with residents to ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
This role involves working 40 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis.

What will you do?
- Clean all communal areas thoroughly daily, including polishing, dusting, vacuuming, and sparkle cleans of apartments for move-ins.
- Ensure lifts are kept clean and panels streak-free.
- Have an open, friendly, and helpful approach with all requests, emphasizing resident service.
- Empty external ashtrays into non-combustible containers, clean, and replace them.
- Assist residents in a friendly manner, maintaining high levels of customer care and service.
- Report any H&S issues immediately to your line manager.
- Complete daily cleaning checklists promptly.
- Keep cleaning materials organized and up to date.
- Maintain a clean and smart appearance at all times.
- Provide utility readings as required by residents.
