We are looking for a Skilled Maintenance Operative to assist in the day to day presentation and maintenance of our luxury development! You'll provide first line response to all building support requests and work orders raised.
Please note this role will require a DBS check. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week on a rota basis including one Saturday in every three weeks.

Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with the Building Manager to prioritise workload, communicating effectively.
- Ensuring continual statutory compliance, keeping records of sheets and data.
- Informing the company of any additional works needed at location.
- Ensuring any works completed are compliant in line with HSE and water bye-laws.
- Providing general maintenance assistance, including furniture building and storage, hanging pictures and items as requested, and assisting residents in familiarisation of their new apartment and systems.
- Being flexible and adaptive to the needs of the site, supporting the team in additional ad hoc duties including manning the front reception desk, assisting with general enquiries, and supporting the housekeeper when required.
Requirements:
- Previous use of CAFM systems (preferably web based).
- Experience working within a maintenance role within residential properties or student accommodation.
- Basic painting skills with an understanding of decorating and fabric repairs.
- Able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic water system and L8.
