Overview

We are looking for an amazing Casual Front of House to join our friendly team at Oxygen and act as the face of the development with residents and visitors, displaying professionalism and a genuine care for the property. This role is a casual contract.

What do we offer?

What will you do?

  • Be available to residents at all times
  • Deliver exceptional service as the face of the development
  • Maintain cleaning standards throughout the night, upholding the highest possible standard
  • Pro‑actively deal with maintenance issues identified; fix, repair, maintain or clean any area or problem if able to do so (e.g., light bulb changes)
  • Parcel management: receive, safekeep and issue all parcels/registered mail in line with company procedure
  • Provide utility meter readings for all properties as required
  • Give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift to follow-on team members, highlighting events and forthcoming activities
  • Manage car parking to ensure smooth operations
  • Key management: issue keys only to correct personnel/residents and record sign-in/sign-out of keys in line with company procedure
  • Coordinate, instruct and allow access for services to the development (utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs, maintenance)
  • Building patrols, CCTV monitoring & safety checks
  • Handle general enquiries, including queries, complaints and maintenance requests

What are you looking for?

  • Previous or current experience in a Front Desk or Concierge role
  • High level of customer service
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and on own initiative, yet follow instructions and procedures as required
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other systems such as databases or booking systems
