We are looking for a Skilled Maintenance Operative to assist in the day to day presentation and maintenance of our luxury development! You'll provide first line response to all building support requests and work orders raised. Please note this role will require a DBS check.
As our go-to person, you'll oversee and carry out fabric and minor repairs. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week on a rota basis including one Saturday in every three weeks.
