We are looking for a Compliance Officer who will be responsible for providing administrative support to coordinate our fire compliance (and health & safety) across our residential property portfolio - whilst also providing great customer service to our customers, clients, stakeholders and internal partners. Please note - this is a FIXED TERM position until 31st December 2026.

What will you do?
- Help maintain and monitor the compliance software, keeping accurate and up to date records of our fire (and health & safety) compliance.
- Monitor and report on compliance of our portfolio, flagging any potential risks before they fall out of compliance.
- Review testing, maintenance and servicing records, extracting any actions, and logging them on our compliance software.
- Proactively monitor progression of risk actions through to completion.
- Work in partnership with our suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring our portfolio remains compliant at all times.
- Support our Property Management team to communicate positively and proactively with our customers relating to outcomes of any fire and health and safety risk management.
