We are looking for an amazing day Front of House Concierge to join our friendly team at Tai Afon and act as the face of the development with residents and visitors, displaying professionalism and a genuine care for the property. This role is a permanent contract working a 4 day on 4 day off shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 8pm.

What will you do?
- Be available to residents at all times, or ensure proper 'signposting' when away from the desk.
- Deliver exceptional service as the face of the development.
- Maintain the highest possible standard of cleanliness throughout the night.
- Pro-actively deal with any maintenance and problems identified.
- Manage parcel deliveries to main reception, ensuring safekeeping and issuing in line with company procedure.
- Provide utility meter readings for all properties as required.
- Give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift to follow-on team members.
- Manage car parking to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Issue keys only to correct personnel/residents while recording the signing in and out of keys.
- Co-ordinate access for services to the development.
- Conduct building patrols, CCTV monitoring, and safety checks.
- Handle general enquiries such as queries, complaints, and maintenance requests.
What are we looking for?
- Previous/current experience within a Front Desk or Concierge role.
- High level of customer service.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative, yet follow instruction and procedure as required.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Desirable:
- Able to speak Welsh.
- Rent Smart Wales qualified (if not qualified, support will be provided within the first 3 months).
