Responsibilities

  • Resident Support: Oversee move‑ins, move‑outs, and evictions, process maintenance requests, schedule inspections, and maintain accurate resident records to ensure residents feel cared for every step of the way.
  • Resident Engagement: Be the friendly face of our community! Welcome new residents, organize events, encourage use of communal spaces, and respond to feedback and complaints to continuously improve the resident experience.
  • Building Operations: Support the Community Manager in the smooth running of the building, monitor PPM schedules, conduct site audits, and maintain amenities to a high standard.
  • Pool and Facilities Management: Assist the leisure team in maintaining pool operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, coordinate contractors, and respond to resident concerns.
  • People Leadership: Manage the on‑site housekeeping and building services teams, oversee rotas, coach and develop staff, and promote a positive, high‑performing workplace.
  • And So Much More: From supporting resident events to managing inspections, maintenance requests, and team rotas, help keep the building running effortlessly and ensure every resident feels cared for.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an operational role, preferably in residential property
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • People management experience and ability to lead by example
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (training provided)
  • Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
  • Calm under pressure, detail‑oriented, and committed to excellence
