Overview

Running the show: You will take charge of the daily operations of a prestigious Build to Rent scheme, ensuring everything from maintenance to resident services runs seamlessly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Leading your team: You will inspire and manage your on-site team including Front of House, Resident Services, and Property & Inventory colleagues, ensuring first class service and support for growth and performance.
  • Delivering Exceptional Experiences: You will be the go-to person for residents, handling feedback, resolving issues, and keeping communication open and positive so everyone feels heard and at home.
  • Building Community: You will foster connection by hosting resident events, driving online engagement, and partnering with local businesses to offer discounts and experiences.
  • Keeping things safe and sound: You will ensure Health & Safety procedures are in place and followed, creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and the team.
  • Driving Performance: You will support the General Manager in reporting, forecasting, and delivering results that meet client and company goals, from lettings targets to budget management.
  • Championing Communication: You will work with the General Manager and marketing team to create content for social channels, keeping residents informed and engaged.
  • And So Much More: You will plan community events, support day-to-day tasks, and maintain clear communication to ensure operations run smoothly and resident experiences are exceptional.

Qualifications

  • TPI qualified (or working towards it).
  • Experience managing the day-to-day operations of a residential building.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering financial targets.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirements within residential property management.
  • Experience leading and developing an operational team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management systems (training provided).
  • A proactive, positive, and can-do attitude with a genuine passion for people and community.
