We're recruiting for a fantastic new role with a company at the forefront of cutting edge travel technology. Working for a travel technology company whose reservations technology is powerful and complex, we're looking for a Senior Sales and Account Manager to handle their portfolio of both UK and South African travel companies.

This isn't a run of the mill Account Manager job; it's a position that's bursting with opportunity, growth and financial rewards. You'll be utilising your consultative account management experience to not only handle the ups and downs of any client journey but to maximise revenue streams as you go.

You’ll work within a multi-skilled network of different departments to bring together a highly personalised and effective sales and account management strategy for each client. With multiple projects, deadlines and ever changing technology, you'll be the kind of person who operates consistently ahead of the curve.

What are we looking for?

  • UK based Senior Account/Customer Success Manager with a background in travel & technology.
  • Familiarity with online booking platforms for multi-functional aspects of travel.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and booking engines (not to a technical level).
  • Tech savvy with a keen interest in building a career in this area.
  • Flexibility to travel UK wide and to their European office when required.
  • Comfortable in roadmapping client priorities & setting out meetings and agendas.
  • Account management style that seeks out upsell opportunities.
