We're delighted to be recruiting for a global travel management company who are looking for a new member of their Finance team! The position is for a Senior Accounts Payable Assistant which will allow you to get stuck into a busy travel accounts department who have a strong clientele of corporate travel, MICE and marine.
Working to a hybrid model, you'll enjoy the flexibility of 4 days working from home and 1 day based in their friendly, relaxed office in Woking. With the support of a great manager who actively encourages development and is focused on building a cohesive team, you'll find you feel valued at work which is incredibly important.
This is a real chance for someone with strong Accounts Payable knowledge to join a company and help them shape the Accounts Payable role. There will be scope to grow both personally and professionally as well as helping to improve efficiencies within the business and really make your mark!
Working in the corporate travel industry is fast paced, ever evolving and exciting. No two days will be the same and we want someone who is keen to embrace that!
So, what are we looking for?
- Experience working in an Accounts Payable role for a small - medium sized company
- Excellent Excel knowledge
- Superb attention to detail, service orientated and client conscious
- Able to work autonomously without being micro managed
- Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to commute to the Woking office on a Tuesday and work the hours of 9am -5:30pm, Monday-Friday
