If you’re a confident, client facing travel professional who fancies a step into Account Management, we could have the ideal role for you! We’re really pleased to be recruiting for a fantastic Travel Management Company who are looking to expand their Account Management team to help with their continuing growth plans.

This Account Management Executive position is an entry level Account Manager; however, we do need you to know and understand how a corporate travel company works. It’s a brilliant opportunity to work for a company that’s recently secured a "Great Place to Work" accolade and who values their staff as individuals with clear development plans, support and empathy.

What will your role as an Account Management Executive comprise?

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate clients ranging in business travel spend, ensuring the service they are receiving reflects the company ethos at all times.
  • Working closely with the Business Development, Reservations and Technology teams to maintain and oversee a seamless service across all departments for your clients.
  • Conducting regular client Teams calls reviews and in person visits.
  • Being a point of contact for any queries or issues and resolving them by working with the wider business.
  • Promoting the companies tech stack and identifying areas of growth for your client.

The details: Monday - Friday Home based (but we’re looking for someone within an easy commute to London).
