We’re looking for a Touring Travel Specialist to join a leading global touring agency, supporting Tour Managers with everything from flights and ticketing to travel logistics and last-minute changes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around a GDS, enjoys the buzz of touring and wants to build their career in a specialist area of the travel industry.

You’ll be part of a busy, collaborative team where no two days are quite the same and where attention to detail, problem-solving and great service really matter.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing end-to-end travel logistics for touring clients, making sure every detail is accurate and runs smoothly.
• Supporting Tour Managers with flights, changes, reissues and other travel requirements.
• Handling enquiries quickly and efficiently, while keeping clients updated throughout.
• Working to deadlines, managing budgets and making sure travel arrangements meet each client’s requirements.
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
• Working both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
• Keeping calm and finding solutions when plans change because in touring, they often do!

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience using a GDS is essential.
• Ticketing and reissue experience would be a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of fares and negotiated/contracted fares.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• The ability to prioritise, multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Experience with group bookings would be a bonus.
• Most importantly, a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in travel.

The role is office-based in London, 5 days a week initially. Following successful completion of probation, this moves to a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the London office and 2 days remotely.
