An established interior design studio, renowned for its high-end residential projects, is looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join its growing team. Specialising in heritage and luxury properties within Chelsea, Kensington, and Central London, this studio offers the opportunity to lead prestigious projects and mentor a collaborative design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple high-end residential projects from concept through to completion.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and design standards are met.
- Manage and mentor junior and midweight designers, providing guidance and support.
- Act as a key liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Maintain quality control across all project stages and documentation.
- Support the studio's senior leadership team in maintaining high standards of design and project management.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong background in high-end residential interior design, with project values between £1m to £10m.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD on Mac is essential.
- Experience with Estimac software is advantageous but not essential (training can be provided).
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience.
- Solution-focused, proactive, and able to resolve project challenges effectively.
