Specialising in heritage and luxury properties within Chelsea, Kensington, and Central London, this studio offers the opportunity to lead prestigious projects and mentor a collaborative design team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead multiple high-end residential projects from concept through to completion.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and design standards are met.
- Manage and mentor junior and midweight designers, providing guidance and support.
- Act as a key liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Maintain quality control across all project stages and documentation.
- Support the studio's senior leadership team in maintaining high standards of design and project management.
- Strong background in high-end residential interior design, with project values between £1m to £10m.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD on Mac is essential.
- Experience with Estimac software is advantageous but not essential (training can be provided).
