The Role

We’re working with a high-end multidisciplinary design studio in Central London who are looking for a talented Senior Architect to join their growing team. The studio delivers beautifully crafted luxury residential and hospitality projects across London and internationally, offering clients a seamless end-to-end service from early concept to completion.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a creative, ambitious team, working on a diverse portfolio of design-led, high-value projects. You’ll be leading across all RIBA stages, managing both creative and technical output, and liaising closely with clients, consultants, and in-house teams. This role would suit someone with a strong design sensibility and excellent technical knowledge, especially when it comes to planning, regulations, and detailed delivery.

Requirements

• ARB registered with a minimum of 5 years’ UK architectural experience
• A strong portfolio of high-end residential and/or luxury hospitality work
• Experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages
• Excellent knowledge of UK planning processes and building regulations
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage deadlines and oversee junior team members
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a confident, client-facing approach
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit a plus)
• A collaborative mindset with a hands-on, solutions-driven attitude

Salary

£55,000 – £60,000 per annum
