Midweight Designer – Notting Hill

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Midweight Designer to join a growing interior design studio in Notting Hill . We are expanding and seeking a confident, capable designer who can take ownership of projects and contribute immediately to our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder , comfortable working across all stages of a project—from concept development to final installation. You will need a strong grasp of Vectorworks (or CAD with a willingness to transition to Vectorworks) and be proficient in preparing electrical plans, technical drawings, fabric selections, and site visits .

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is able to hit the ground running without the need for constant guidance. The ability to manage schedules, budgets, and timelines while maintaining exceptional design standards is essential.

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role
• Strong confidence in running projects independently
• Proficiency in Vectorworks or AutoCAD
• Ability to take ownership of projects, problem-solve, and work effectively under deadlines
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail

This is a full-time, in-office role . The start date is immediate , though we are open to discussing notice periods for the right candidate.
