Urban is a fast-growing sales and marketing company based in Birmingham City Centre. Due to continued growth, we’re hiring a confident and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our on-site team and help expand our client base through high-quality outreach and relationship-building.
This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday) — no weekend work and no hybrid/remote option.
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the growth of Urban’s sales pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in business development, sales, marketing, client acquisition, and account management.
- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound outreach
- Track performance and activity using CRM tools and reporting systems
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Birmingham City Centre
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, telesales, retail, or marketing is an advantage (but not essential)
