Urban is looking for ambitious individuals to join our team as Entry Level Marketing Executives, representing brands and acquiring customers through face-to-face marketing campaigns. This is a people-focused role where you will interact with customers daily, develop confidence, and gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing and leadership development.
About the Role
This position focuses on face-to-face customer acquisition and brand representation. You will represent client brands directly to customers, helping them understand products and services while delivering a positive customer experience.
Important: This is a face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition position where communication and people skills are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns
- Engage with customers and introduce products and services
- Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Develop skills in sales, communication and customer engagement
- Learn how campaigns are measured through KPIs and performance metrics
