The Role: Campaign Management Trainee

As a Campaign Management Trainee, you’ll learn how successful campaigns are planned, executed, and improved in real time. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to build strong client-facing skills, understand campaign performance, and develop the ability to manage budgets and targets responsibly.

This is not a standard 9–5 role. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and built for people who want to grow quickly through learning and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns for client contracts
• Learning how to manage campaign performance and track results
• Helping ensure budgets, targets, and timelines are met consistently
• Working directly with team leaders to develop strategy and execution
• Building strong communication and relationship skills through daily collaboration
• Taking part in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
