Urban is a fast-growing sales and marketing company based in Birmingham City Centre. Due to continued growth, we’re hiring a confident and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our on-site team and help expand our client base through high-quality outreach and relationship-building.
This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday) — no weekend work and no hybrid/remote option.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Present and communicate Urban’s services clearly and professionally
- Book meetings and support the conversion process
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing contacts
- Track performance and activity using CRM tools and reporting systems
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies
- Consistently work towards individual and team goals
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident, professional, and goal-oriented approach
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Birmingham City Centre
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, telesales, retail, or marketing is an advantage (but not essential)
