Urban Telecom is expanding and we are looking for motivated, professional and reliable Sales Associates to join our fully remote team. This is a commissionâonly opportunity with uncapped earning potential, ideal for individuals who want flexibility, autonomy, and control over their income.
About The Role
- Initiate outreach to prospective clients through calls, messages, or online platforms
- Identify interest and schedule verified meetings for our team
- Follow provided guidelines and scripts
- Maintain accurate notes and communication records
- Work independently while consistently meeting activity expectations
What Weâre Looking For
- Confident communicator with strong people skills

Commission Structure
- You Earn ÂŁ50 per successful meeting booked (verified and attended).
- Commission earnings on works secured to be agreed.

- Meetings must be booked within UK business hours (9amâ5pm) and within Directors availability.
- This is a selfâemployed role outside IR35.
