Your main focus is to serve the best quality burgers and fries to our customers, and to do it with a big smile! URBAN is known for amazing food, amazing customer service and amazing cleanliness, and your role is to work with your team to achieve these three goals every day. We provide thorough on-site training given to you by experienced members of our team. As you progress through your development, you can also increase your hourly rate with our new Learn to Earn scheme, which rewards ambition and dedication to self-development. Previous experience in hospitality and kitchens is preferred, but it isn’t a deal-breaker.
