Position Overview

The Implementation Engineer will support the design, development, implementation, testing, and delivery of software solutions for internal and external clients.

This role works within an Agile/Scrum team and uses full-stack development skills to help build and enhance multi-tenant, microservices-based solutions using technologies such as .

NET, SQL Server, Angular, and related development tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate client business requirements into software solutions.
  • Implement, configure, test, and support new and existing client applications.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities, including design discussions, code reviews, quality engineering, and continuous delivery.
  • Develop and maintain databases, queries, integrations, and application features.
  • Identify potential design, functionality, performance, security, scalability, and maintainability considerations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as design diagrams, release notes, code comments, use cases, and training materials.
  • Provide support and training to internal and external users as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and may mentor other Implementation Engineers.

Qualifications - Education and Experience

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and using tools such as Azure Dev Ops for task management and source control.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, design effective solutions, and test application functionality.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
  • Working knowledge of software development life cycle practices, testing methodologies, and quality engineering concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate with product owners, software development teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Preferred Technical Skills
  • Web development experience with HTML, CSS, Java Script, and Angular.
  • Experience with C#, . NET, MS SQL Server, and relational or dimensional database design.
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git, Team Foundation Server, and Azure Dev Ops.
  • Experience with unit testing, smoke testing, integration testing, automation testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery tools.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related IT field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience required.
  • MS SQL Server and/or Microsoft . NET certifications preferred.
