Technical Team Lead / BI Analyst with Tableau experience Hybrid/Borehamwood £45k-£60k – Permanent
Leading IT Consultancy with offices in UK and Europe (Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland) is looking to recruit apermanent Technical Team Lead / BI Analyst with Tableau experience. We deliver a range of services from IT Consultancy, Software Project Development and Infrastructure/Application Support Services for our corporate clients covering Insurance, Banking, Pharma, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Logistics & Leasing, Publishing and Charity domains (including UN organizations).
The Technical Team Lead / BI Analyst with Tableau experience role will be based 2 days per week in our office in Borehamwood, with occasional travelling to Milton Keynes.
As OCS is part of an Employee Ownership Trust, after a qualifying period the successful candidate will be able to contribute to the companys future vision and share the profits.
Key Requirements for the successful Technical Team Lead / BI Analyst with Tableau experience include:
- 5+ years experience mandatory
- Essential Tech Stack: Business Intelligence, more specifically Tableau, and upgrading projects experience mandatory
- Business Objects (BO), .Net, SQL, advanced Database skills major advantage
- Team leading / management experience, supporting a software team mandatory
- Experience working in an IT services-based company preferred
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-starting is essential to be successful in this role
- Flexibility and an open-minded approach to work with a \’can do\’ attitude
- Team player with excellent personable skills
