As we continue to expand our presence, we are excited to announce the opening of our new store in London. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to help bring our brand to life in our new London store. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the in-store experience by creating visually appealing displays that capture the essence of URBAN REVIVO’s style and inspire our customers. As the Visual Merchandiser, you will work closely with the store team to ensure that all displays reflect current trends and align with the brand's standards. Your innovative approach and eye for design will help drive sales by enhancing the customer journey through impactful and strategic visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Display Construction and Maintenance - Oversee the creation and upkeep of visual merchandising displays across regional stores, ensuring brand consistency and appeal.
- Seasonal and Promotional Updates - Implement planned changes to store displays promptly, reflecting seasonal themes and promotional campaigns.
- Optimal Product Presentation - Arrange in-store displays to maximise customer engagement and align with the latest fashion trends.
- Issue Resolution - Communicate effectively with store teams to address and resolve any display-related issues promptly.
- Display Guidelines - Contribute to the development of store display manuals and ensure adherence to these guidelines across all locations.
Person Specification:
- A relevant qualification at degree level (or equivalent) in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in visual merchandising, ideally within the fashion retail sector.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams across stores.
- Proficient in creating compelling visual displays that enhance customer experience.
- Ability to write clear guidelines and provide training to store teams.
