As a Junior Fashion Designer, you will support the design team in developing innovative fashion collections, working hands-on to translate emerging trends into standout pieces. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and has a genuine passion for fashion, trend analysis, and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to create seasonal collections that reflect our brand’s aesthetic and resonate with the UK market.
- Research and interpret current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and local market insights to inform design decisions.
- Generate mood boards, sketches, and design concepts that capture our unique vision and align with UK fashion trends.
- Assist in the development of technical sketches, CADs, and detailed specification sheets for production.
- Participate in garment fittings and construction processes to ensure design quality and consistency.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to support efficient and high-quality production.
- Stay informed on industry trends and innovations, attending UK-based fashion shows, trade events, and exhibitions as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in fashion design, ideally within the UK fashion industry.

- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern-making, and technical specification.
