Fashion Buyer

We are on the lookout for a skilled Buyer to become part of our team. The perfect candidate will have a deep passion for fashion, a refined sense of style, and exceptional aesthetic judgment. We need someone who already has a strong awareness of our brand. Whether you’ve experienced our products first-hand as a customer or gained knowledge through research, you should have a solid grasp of our current market position and be able to contribute to our future goals. Responsibilities: Integrate and analyse market information based on brand positioning; Participate in executing product promotion strategies; Assist in product selection to maximise profit; Engage in product development management; Collaborate with the merchandise department to complete annual/quarterly merchandise planning; Work with the merchandise management department to formulate distribution strategies and strategies for major promotions or mid-season sales; Monitor external market changes and adjust product strategies accordingly; Assist direct manager in specifying and formulating annual key work plans for the department, outlining the path to achieve core indicators, and completing weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual product performance analysis and summary, proposing effective measures to enhance performance growth. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion Management, Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields; Over 1 year of experience in design or fashion buying for a well-known clothing brand or multi-brand fashion store; relevant experience in a similar role is preferred; Strong aesthetic sense and ability to apply fashion trends, with some experience in merchandise assortment; Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills; Excellent communication and expression skills, with good personal image management.
