Reporting to the Store Manager (SM) and Assistant Store Manager (ASM) , you will be responsible for managing product performance, overseeing stock, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience . Sales & Performance Management: Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve and exceed sales targets, analysing performance to identify areas for growth. Monitor sales trends, manage product performance, and coordinate with leadership on purchasing and replenishment. Store Operations & Brand Standards: Ensure the store operates efficiently and maintains high visual and operational standards in line with URBAN REVIVO’s brand identity .
