About The Role

We are searching for a dedicated Revenue Manager – UK & Ireland to join our team in London. This newly created position will take ownership of all pricing and revenue management activities for the UK and Irish markets, helping us unlock the full commercial potential of our fast-growing portfolio.

Currently, revenue management for Urban Rest is centralised and led by our global team based in Australia. This role marks our first in-market revenue hire for the region, offering the opportunity to shape how we localise pricing, drive market-level strategy, and collaborate closely with regional commercial teams.

You’ll report to the Managing Director – Europe, with a dotted line to the Global Revenue & Distribution Manager in Sydney. Working alongside local Sales, Account Management and Marketing colleagues, you’ll be responsible for optimising rate strategy, forecasting revenue, benchmarking performance, and contributing to property-level underwriting.

This is a high-impact role for someone analytical, independent, and commercially minded—ideally with experience in both the short-stay and extended-stay hospitality sectors. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, and will involve regular collaboration with global teams, including early morning calls and the ability to travel to Australia for onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing and revenue strategies to maximise yield and occupancy
  • Daily optimisation of rates and inventory across all channels
  • Prepare and present weekly forecasts, monthly reporting, and performance benchmarking
  • Work closely with the Supply Growth team to forecast returns on new property launches
  • Coordinate the distribution of inventory with our global Distribution Team.
  • Support the development of efficient, scalable revenue processes across the UK & Ireland
  • Provide commercial insights to guide strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
  • Contribute to the broader global revenue function while adapting strategies to local market conditions
  • Support compliance with revenue recognition policies and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Participate in international training and maintain regular alignment with the Sydney-based team

What We Look For

  • 4+ years of experience in a revenue management role, ideally in hospitality, multiple hotels, serviced apartments or similar sectors
  • Deep understanding of revenue management practices and pricing strategy
  • Experience using online distribution channels and channel management tools (e.g. SiteMinder)
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Confident working independently and taking ownership of regional performance
  • Comfortable managing early morning meetings with Australia and occasional international travel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and adaptable team player excited to work in a scaling business
