About the Role As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while leading by example on the floor.
You'll help coach and inspire the team, maintain high service standards, and play an important role in the continued growth of Urban Reef.
For the right candidate, there is a clear progression pathway into a management position , with ongoing training and development. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Support the daily operation of the restaurant, bar and terrace.
- Train, coach and develop team members.
- Manage staff breaks and section allocations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service are maintained.
- Support stock control, ordering and daily operational tasks.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver seamless service.
- Help drive sales through product knowledge and upselling.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory hospitality role.
