Urban Reef in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help lead one of our busiest beachfront kitchens.

Working with the Head Chef, you will drive daily operations, mentor the team and ensure exceptional quality and consistency across menus.

You should have at least 3 years in a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie role in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, with strong leadership, food safety knowledge, and a passion for great ingredients.

Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
