Working well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Washing and cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas. Keeping storage areas organised and well stocked.
Following all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations. Assisting with deep cleaning duties and end-of-shift cleaning tasks. Working effectively as part of a team. Being reliable, flexible, and willing to help where needed.
