Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and hot beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly in line with licensing regulations.
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service during busy trading periods.
- Assisting with food preparation and having a good understanding of our menu and products.
- Maintaining stock levels, carrying out stock control, and notifying management of shortages.
- Keeping the takeaway hatch clean, organised, and compliant with food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' barista experience in a busy café or hospitality environment.
- Confidence serving both coffee and alcoholic beverages.
