You Are: A confident hospitality professional who is ready to take the next step in their career Passionate about live sport, games, entertainment and creating incredible guest experiences A natural leader who brings energy, personality and positivity to every shift Someone who leads by example and knows how to get the best out of a team Comfortable taking ownership of a busy venue and making decisions under pressure Commercially aware, with an eye for service, sales and delivering great results A great communicator who can motivate, coach and develop the people around you Organised, switched-on and able to keep the operation running smoothly when the venue is buzzing Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to progress into management What You'll Do: Lead the shift from the front , setting the energy and standards for the whole team Create an atmosphere that makes every live sporting event feel like a big occasion Take ownership of the guest journey, ensuring service is fast, friendly and consistently brilliant Lead the team through busy matchdays, major sporting events and high-volume trading periods Get involved with our games, events and activations to keep guests entertained and engaged Coach and develop team members, helping them build their confidence, skills and careers Support the management team with training, team briefings, rotas and day-to-day operations Monitor service, standards and performance throughout the shift and step in wherever needed Handle guest feedback confidently and turn problems into positive experiences Drive sales and commercial performance while keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do Help create a team culture that is fun, supportive, ambitious and obsessed with great hospitality Your Progression Matters We're building something exciting, and we want our people to grow with us.
