The Role
- As GMD you will under the guidance of an established GM as you are embedded into the company.
- You will steadily learn to take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue.
- You will be given autonomy and run the site as if it were your own business.
- Being business savvy and demonstrating great commercial acumen is a must.
- Your team will look up to you; it’s essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
- You have impeccable floor, bar, fresh food and late night experience knowledge depending on the property.
- You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
