We are searching for a talented, passionate bar manager who is confident in leading a vibrant team. Ember Yard specialises in dishes inspired by the amazing wood-fired grills of Spain and Italy. Head Chef Adam Kulikowski creates exceptional small and large sharing plates. No fuss. No fanfare. Just flavour. Located in the heart of Soho over two floors, including an exciting downstairs space known as The Ember Bar, a slick area in which to indulge on small plates over our impressive cocktail list. Find yourself amongst an electric and buzzy atmosphere making it a perfect space to relax with a drink pre or post dinner.

Are you someone who is organised, effective with their communication and a front of house leader who can manage a variety of departments in a high-volume business? The successful bar manager will be looking to advance their career where there are great opportunities as we continue to expand our business.

You Are:

  • Able to demonstrate sound skills in all areas of bar knowledge and practice
  • A Bar Manager looking to take your next career step and challenge yourself in a large volume business
  • Able to work closely alongside the General Manager to develop the outstanding offer
  • An effective communicator who can lead by example, coach and develop their team
  • An ambitious manager who has a desire to be a part of an independent group and expanding brand, leading by example
